HOW ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED TO ME?

Orders shipped from our U.S. suppliers - either within the U.S. or to Canada - are delivered via UPS or FedEx Standard Ground service.
Decals, polishing products and other smaller items shipped may be sent using the United States Postal Service.

Orders shipped within Canada are delivered either by UPS Standard Ground, Canada Post XpressPost or Expedited Parcel service.

PianoAccessories.com demands the best for our customers. UPS, FedEx and Canada Post's XpressPost/Expedited Parcel service are leaders in North American shipping services. They have both the experience and technology to get your package sent to you quickly and reliably, with the ability to track your package every step of the way to your front door.

On the day your order is shipped, you will be notified as to which shipping option applies to your order.


DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES, FPO or APO ADDRESSES?

U.S.A.

No. We deliver packages only to a physical address in the Continental United States.

CANADA

No. We deliver packages only to a physical address.


DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

U.S. CUSTOMERS

No. U.S. residents pay no sales tax.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

Yes. As our company is located in Toronto, Canada, we are obligated to charge GST or HST, depending on your province.


DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY BROKERAGE FEES?

U.S. CUSTOMERS

No. All items shipped to our U.S. customers are shipped directly from the manufacturers or our suppliers within the United States.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

Yes. As most of our products are coming factory-direct from the USA, Canadian residents are responsible for any Customs Brokerage fees
payable upon delivery, that are associated with the purchase. Shipping, however, is still free.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your order will usually arrive 2-10 business days from the time of shipment.

Keep in mind, however, that some of our items are special-ordered or custom made, and may take up to several weeks before they are ready to ship.
We can't rush quality, but we can definitely get your item to you quickly when it's ready to go.

Also, items shipped from our U.S. suppliers to Canada generally take a bit longer due to border processing through Canada Customs.

CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

Absolutely. On the day your order is shipped we will notify you by email with your Tracking Number and instructions on how to track your shipment.

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN MY PACKAGE ARRIVES?

If your item is shipped via UPS or FedEx, they will attempt to deliver your package 3 times (usually 3 consecutive business days) before leaving a notice on your door with information on how you can pick it up at one of their service centres near you. In some cases, the driver may release the package by leaving it in a safe place at their discretion. This could include the front porch, side door, back porch, or garage area.

If your item is shipped via XpressPost or Expedited Parcel, Canada Post will make one attempt to deliver your item, requiring a signature. If you are not home, they will leave a notice with instructions on picking up your package at your nearest postal centre.
